I don't usually write reviews but I believe Mike deserve recognition for his amazing service. All my black bear diners have had good service but Mike made our experience 100% better. We're very appreciative of his service as well as his team!
Met up with my mom and sister for a quick breakfast. It was my first time here, place was bigger than the signal hill location and it has tall ceilings, which I like. Right away, the host sat us down, there was no wait. Got our menus and drink orders were place. We ordered a few things: red, white and blue pancakes, the scramBOWL, the grizzly and a one egg combo. We each enjoyed our meal and everyone agreed that our meal was yummy. My pancakes were soft and flavorful, I believe I read that the pancakes are made with sweet cream, not 100% but they were tasty. I appreciate the cleanliness and welcoming environment. Plenty of people walking in while we ate, so its a busy place.
I would like to say this place is a good placefor breakfast. I have not tryed there dinner plates. But I wanted to talk about the service that I received from Ysis A she is amazing. she was I think the only one there due to it might have just opened but super friendly good customer service and very attentive. keep up the hard work thank you for making my morning breakfast amazing.
First time here and I love the environment and the decore inside.. so many menu options and our waitress was awesome. The prices are good and the food was great. Will be back to try more menu options.
So I went there with my 2 kids and Mike was our server. If you're reading this Mike I tell you that I will be writing a review . I think this was the best sever I had thus far because I really appreciate Mike service. He was very kind and he keeps checking on us to make sure everything went smooth and it did. I came to dinner tonight and I was given amazing service by my server Michael! Then the manager enrique came by and asked how everything was and I told him that it was wonderful! Everything was great!
Black Bear Diner have been come our favorite family diner stop because of great service and friendly staff and incredible food with big potions that you feed a Grizzlie Bear instead of a Black Bear. My wife and I enjoy theme of the restaurant all bears decor any Bear and any shape. Black Bear Diner served breakfast,lunch and dinner and the food is amazing good made from scratch and made to order. We enjoy breakfast very much they make breakfast the most meal in the morning they the breakfast hardly and big portions. The same they do for lunch and dinner.
It was my first time coming to a Black Bear Diner, and it exceeded my expectations. This location has an easily accessible parking lot. Interior was very nice and welcoming. As we went in, the waitress handed us a newspaper format menu. It has a list of all the locations and when they opened; it was very impressive! The menu is extensive, and it took a while to look through and decide. I ordered the Denver Omelette, which included French Toasts. The portion was HUGE! The omelette was delicious and one of the best I had. I would definitely go to a Black Bear Diner again, but would probably split the plate with another person. I was full from lunch until the next day. The portion is that huge.
I was working from home and decided to be a lazy and order breakfast and lunch from Black Bear Diner. I placed my order online early on a Tuesday morning, a time when the place wasn't crowded so I wait it would be ready in 15 to 20 mins, and found the entire experience smooth and efficient. For breakfast, I ordered Joe's Hobo Omelette omelette (link sausage & thick-cut smoked bacon, jack cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach & onion) which was perfectly cooked. The portion size was generous which filled me up for most of the day. Lunch consisted of a cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with sweet potato fries. The burger was flavorful and generous portion size for the sweet potato fries. The order was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes, as promised. Finding parking was hassle-free, and the food was prepared exactly as ordered. The staff was friendly and had my order ready to go when I arrived, ensuring a quick and seamless pickup. Black Bear Diner delivered on quality and convenience. Whether for take-out or dining in, I will definitely return.
